2. Service Description
2.1 Artificial Voice Service
Our Service provides:
- AI-powered voice agents that answer phone calls on your behalf
- Automated appointment scheduling through Google Calendar integration
- Real-time calendar availability checking
- Call transcription and record keeping services
2.2 Access Restrictions
- Access to our Service is invitation-only and requires approval from Softing Ltd
- Self-registration is not available
- We reserve the right to approve or deny access requests at our discretion
3. Google Calendar Integration
3.1 Required Permissions
To use our Service, you must grant us access to your Google Calendar with permissions to:
- Read your calendar events and availability
- Create new appointments and events
- Modify existing events when necessary for scheduling purposes
3.2 Calendar Data Usage
- We access your calendar data in real-time only when processing appointment requests
- We do not store your calendar events or personal calendar information on our servers
- Your calendar data is used solely for appointment scheduling purposes
- You may revoke calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings
3.3 Google API Compliance
Our Service complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide features visible in our application and do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary for Service functionality.
4. Call Services and Voice Data
4.1 Voice Agent Technology
- Our AI voice agents are powered by advanced natural language processing
- Agents can handle appointment scheduling, calendar checking, and basic customer inquiries
- Voice interactions are transcribed and stored for service improvement and record keeping
4.2 Call Records
- We maintain Call Detail Records (CDR) including start time, end time, duration, and caller information
- Call transcriptions are stored securely on AWS servers in the London region
- You may request access to or deletion of your call records at any time
5. Billing and Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing Structure
- Our Service operates on a pay-per-minute billing model
- Charges apply only to actual call minutes used by your voice agent
- Detailed usage reports are available through your account dashboard
5.2 Payment Terms
- Bills are generated monthly based on your usage
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may result in service suspension
6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
6.1 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Do not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:
- Process illegal, fraudulent, or harmful requests

7. Limitation of Liability

- We do not guarantee perfect appointment scheduling or calendar integration
- Voice recognition and AI responses may occasionally contain errors

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by User
- You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice
- Upon termination, calendar access will be immediately revoked
- Final billing will be processed for usage through the termination date
8.2 Effect of Termination
- All data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
- Outstanding balances remain due after termination
- Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred before termination
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
